Today, the 8th-grade life skills class made salads for the lunchroom. Jaxson, Daniel, and Hudson made Cucumber Avocado Tomato Salad. Doug, Ian, and Valex made a Raspberry Vinaigrette. Avila, Cheyenne, and Myra put together a creamy grape salad. Henry, Grady, and Woodrow made a sweet potato salad with salad mix, pomegranate seeds, and pepitas.
