Walsh High School Students and Parents:
I would like to personally thank our students and parents for their work throughout the e-learning process. Thank you for being patient and maintaining a positive attitude. I knew that if we worked together, we could get through this difficult time, and we did. If we learned nothing else during this experience, I hope we learned the value of cooperation in education. Teachers and parents must work collaboratively to help educate and raise our youth.
The final day of instruction for e-learning is Thursday, May 7th. Nothing will be assigned after this date. Students may still have work to complete. If you have missing assignments, please use May 11th and 12th to complete them. All work must be submitted by Tuesday, May 12th. On Wednesday, May 13th, students will check out of school. We will adhere to the following procedure:
1. Before arriving at the school, please check PowerSchool to see how much you owe for fees and lunches. Please bring a check for the amount owed. If you are unable to check PowerSchool, please bring a signed blank check or contact Mrs. Renquist at 719.324.5221.
2. Receive your checkout sheet from Mrs. Renquist in the office. Mrs. Renquist will sign for all coaches.
3. Clean your locker and have Ms. Malosh sign your checkout sheet.
4. Check in your Chromebook to Mrs. Jones.
5. There will be a table outside the door of each classroom. Please place your textbooks on the table. Mrs. Crawford will walk with each student as they turn in their textbooks. Mrs. Crawford will sign your checkout sheet verifying you turned in all textbooks.
6. Check the Lost and Found and take home whatever is yours.
7. Turn in your completed checkout sheet to Mrs. Renquist along with a check for all fees and lunches.
8. Receive a packet from Mrs. Renquist with Academic and Athletic Awards.
Students, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time and wait in your vehicle in the staff parking lot until it is your scheduled time. Here are your checkout times:
