Dear 7-12 Students,
I hope you are all safe and well! I know e-Learning has been a huge challenge for all of us. I want each of you to know that we do have support available if needed. Mrs. Crawford can provide Academic support. Mrs. Jones can provide Technological support. Our BOCES Counselors are available if needed. Please reach out directly to these individuals, or notify Mr. Renquist if assistance is needed. If you need school supplies, please contact Mr. Renquist. There is a box full of graph paper located at the entrance to the high school. Please take what you need.
I have some critical information for you. PLEASE READ:
1. The last day of instruction will be May 7th. This means that you will not be given any assignments beyond this date. You may still have work to complete, but nothing will be assigned after May 7th.
2. May 11-12 will be used to finish work and/or complete missing assignments. The last day to turn in any work will be May 12th.
3. The last day of school will be May 13th. We will use this day to check out of school. I will send you a check out procedure on May 6th. This day will be similar to our first day of e-Learning. Please check your email daily.
4. 9-12 graders: are you interested in a virtual prom? You could get dressed up and send us a photo. We will post these photos on facebook and our website. This will give us an opportunity to have a prom section in the Yearbook. Please email Mr. Renquist if you are interested.
5. We are going to create video tributes to honor our students and student-athletes in leau of our Academic Awards Night, FFA Chapter Banquet, JH Athletic Banquet and W-Club Banquet.
6. We are planning on having virtual STUCO elections. If you would like to run for office. Please contact Mrs. Sires.
