Dear Students and Staff, The regional epidemiologist has recommended that due to increased Covid-19 positive cases in our region the homecoming dance is cancelled. This is due in part to the new State guidelines of no more than 10 people or two families congregating. Our goal is to keep our students safe and continue learning in-person. While this decision will be disappointing to some, it is made with the goal of keeping student health and in-person learning our highest priorities. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make this week happen, unlike many high schools in the state, we are fortunate to have had a parade and homecoming game. Be safe Eagles!

Our 8th grade shop class just completed corn hole boards for our community pre-homecoming activities this Saturday at city park. They're getting a little bit of practice in before the big day. Great work, class!

Celebrating our students and teachers is an important part of our work as a school community. Last night, four young poets shared their poems with the Board of Education. The students wrote their poems in Mrs. Cook’s 2nd grade class last year and each poem was published in an anthology. In fact, 19 poems were published, one from each student in the class! Way to go, kids!
