Mrs. Steinman's 8th Grade Life Skills class - Today, we made chocolate chip cookies, molasses cookies, and pumpkin muffins. This week, groups are developing ideas for a class version of Shark Tank. We are starting to learn about entrepreneurship and other career possibilities.

Wednesday, Oct. 11th our construction company will be mounting the RTU's on top of the new school. Due to this, travel on California Street south from Willow Street to Maplewood will be limited from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. If possible avoid this area during this time. Thank you.

The Class of 2024 will be having a concession special for the Cheyenne Wells VB/FB games this Friday, October 6th. The special will offer a pulled pork sandwich, beans, a bag of chips, dessert, and water for $10. We will be serving the special while supplies last. We look forward to having you!

Mrs. Hutches's plant science class has been busy planting seeds. The students planted beets, cilantro, peas, sunflowers, green beans, onions, sweet peppers, carrots, zinnias, marigolds, mini pumpkins, butternut squash, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Each of the students has plants they water and monitor. The students are starting plant anatomy.
