WALSH BOARD OF EDUCATION IS ACCEPTING QUALIFIED RFP' ON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PORPERTY.

The Board of Education of Walsh School District RE-1 has designated the property located at 301 W. Poplar Street, Walsh, Colorado, specifically the half-block known as Walsh Elementary School, as surplus. Please note that the contents of the building are not included in this surplus declaration and will be considered separately.

The District is seeking qualified proposals through a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a project that will make beneficial use of the property. Proposals should include a comprehensive description of the project’s purpose, a timeline for completion, and a commitment to maintaining the building in good condition. Additionally, any other relevant information that supports the project's potential success should be included.

Proposals must be submitted to the District office at 301 Poplar Street, Box 68, Walsh, CO 81090, no later than August 23, 2024. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
